Our Mission
The College of Medicine Administration Finance Office is committed to supporting the Dean of the College of Medicine, administrative sub-units, college departments and our students by providing quality financial, accounting, and administrative services.
Our Vision
To support the college community in ensuring the integrity of business practices by:
- Monitoring compliance with UA, UPH and UA Foundation policies and procedures and recommending alternative actions, if necessary;
- Providing expertise in Interpreting financial policies and procedures;
- Providing training opportunities for the College of Medicine staff in the areas of personnel, financial management and financial systems;
- Providing financial and budgetary expertise for decision-making, forecasting, and management;
- Reviewing and approving personnel action documents for accuracy and entry into PSOS;
- Funding of Dean’s office personnel and operational commitments;
- Disseminating information in relation to accounting practices, policies and procedures
